Is my pokemon team good for online?

Your pokemon team is good but it need changes. Have yu heard of EV training? Your pokemon are good but their natures are all wrong for example, Galvantula's speed is it's best stat according to serebii I think it's 109 and it has a hardy nature, hardy nature means that no stat changes, now your mienshao has a jolly nature that increases the growth of it's speed stat by 10% and decreases the growth of it's special attack by 10%. Although a jolly nature boosts speed it decreases special attack which is Galvantula's second best stat so a useful nature for Galvantula would be a timid nature as that's boosts speed by 10% and decreases attack by 10% and for competitive battling Galvantula would be a special sweeper. This was just one example of your team, you have great pokemon in it but to be effective in any competeve battle you must have your pokemon EV trained.
