How to design a Vintage Styled Room?

So I'm 14 about to turn 15 and i want to change my room up a bit. I'm into classic hollywood and old radio shows and things like that...I have framed posters of Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, etc. I want to build my room around those things. I'm really into anything from the 1920's up until 1970...so if you could share some ideas of how to design/decorate my room without making my parents go broke...I would be very thankful!
