What are some cool ways to decorate a locker?

I'm going into 8th grade (I don't see how this matters but I added it anyway lol) And I am wanting ideas on how to decorate my locker. I don't really care about how the inside looks, cuz I'm just going to put a dry erase board and a mirror, and besides, no one will see it but my friends, right? But i mean on the outside. I'm thinking I could put a collage of pictures of me and my friends, but I don't know...thoughts? Please tell me your suggestions of how you decorated your locker or what you think would look cool!!
