Pokemon Helpers please!?

Ok I'm having trouble choosing what kind of deino I'm choosing even modest or Timid but the reason I'm still not choosing one is beacuse y gather information and I noticed that the best Nature you have to choose is the one you need for your team ! So I'm showing my team to you to choose one: Zekrom-Adamant , Kyurem-Modest,Cobalion-Timid,terakion-ad… None (still) well I'm also interested in a Reshiram - Timid,Hasty or Modest! Please extra points!
