How to explain a previous health condition during an interview?

I would suggest you not mention any adverse health condition, and explain the 'job hopping' on the economy - many people are taking short-term jobs to keep employed, so this shouldn't raise any eyebrows, and in fact, can work to your favor over extended unemployment.
