HELP WITH IPAD 2 APPS!!?

Hey guys I really need some help, I just recently got the iPad 2 and I really don't know of any apps worth my time or money so I was hoping someone could help me. I really like lifestyle games like maybe a game owning my own bakery or salon or boutique or something like that. But I don't like the games that you can't do anything in them like bakery story. I want a game that I can customize everything like in a bakery I could make my own treats and decorate the place or something along those lines. Doesn't have to be a bakery though, any store that I can customize and run. I also like games involving animals, caring for them or running something involving them. But again I like to be able to customize things. Does anyone know of any really good apps involving a bakery, salon, teacher (where I work as a teacher) or any job, fun app involving animals, family app (like sims) or any lifestyle app?? Please let me know ASAP, thanks so much :)
